Jan Thomas

CEO, Co-Founder & Broker

Jan was raised in Columbus, Ohio and moved to Redondo Beach, California in 1992. She obtained her Bachelor’s of Science in 1981 from Bowling Green University, in 1989 Jan obtained her paralegal certificate from SMU and in 1997 she obtained her California real estate broker’s license. Jan was the head administrator for Wells Fargo Legal Department in Los Angeles, California. Jan is also one of the original founders of Value Mortgage Inc. Jan’s administrative and legal outlook contributions are a guiding force at eReal Estate Corporation.

Claudia Hanrahan

Director of Business Management

Ph.D. professor Claudia G. Hanrahan started her career at the Embassy of the United States of America in Bolivia as an engineer in Information & Technology. Claudia obtained her Engineering degree in 2000 and received her Master of Business Administration in 2003. Claudia then received her Master’s degree in finance and 2012 completed her Ph.D. in business management. Claudia is highly involved in contributing to post-graduate programs in Bolivia, Columbia, Mexico, and Brazil. Claudia’s education and experience in software engineering and business management are a guiding contribution for eReal Estate Corp.

Dean Thomas

Co-Founder, Residential & Commercial Director

Dean obtained his real estate license in 1979 at the age of 18. Dean completed his real estate training through Anthony Real Estate School and Lumbleau Real Estate Schools. Dean has had direct training from Tony Robbins, Mike Ferry and Tom Hopkins. Dean was the original founder of eReal Estate Corporation in addition to Bayside Properties, South Bay Development LLC, Value Mortgage Inc., and Dean has been one of the top agents in the nation since the 1980’s and has developed over 100 investment properties. Over his 40 year career he has consummated thousands of real estate transactions. Dean’s contribution to eReal Estate Corp. is to provide systems and guide agents to maximize their production and profitability.

Erick Claudio

Director of Agent Systems

Erick obtained his real estate license in 2016 at the age of 18. Erick has successfully bridged traditional real estate practices with state of the art technology. Erick’s goal is to raise the efficiency level and marketing tools for eReal Estate Corporation’s partners and agents. Erick has been highly trained in the following technologies and software products: Personal IDX Website Builders, Social Media Marketing, Client Relation Management Systems, Mass Email System Providers, Productivity Applications and Software, Analytic Software and Media Systems. Erick’s contributions to eReal Estate Corp. are to make sure that each agent have the tools available to them to maximize their professionalism, production, and profitability.

Tom Hanrahan

Chief Analytics Officer

Tom was raised in Southern California and possesses strong analytics and problem resolution skills. Tom obtained his AA in computer systems at ITT Technical Institute and graduated with honors from the Information of Technology of Phoenix. Tom has received awards that include GM Service Rider Achievement Award, Council of Sales Leadership Award, 2011 APEX Award for Tech2Tech Technology. Tom is very detail-oriented and resourceful while studying and creating analytics to maximize realtor’s sales production. Tom’s contributions to eReal Estate Corporation are never-ending as he continues to analyze and implement systems to maximize our agent’s and partners real estate success
